Submitting your information through our form does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship is only formed when you and an attorney mutually agree to work together and sign a retainer agreement.
How Attorneys Are Selected
When you submit your intake form, we evaluate your case details and route your information to attorneys in our network based on several factors:
Case Type
We match your accident type — car accident, truck, motorcycle, pedestrian, or slip & fall — to attorneys who actively handle that kind of case.
Location
We route your case to attorneys who practice in your borough (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, or Staten Island) and are familiar with local courts and procedures.
Attorney Availability
We only forward cases to attorneys who are currently accepting new clients to ensure a timely response.
Experience Area
Attorneys in our network focus specifically on personal injury and are experienced with New York's no-fault insurance system and serious injury threshold requirements.
Will Multiple Attorneys Contact Me?
It is possible. When you submit your information, it may be shared with more than one attorney in our network who matches your case profile.
This is intentional — it gives you the opportunity to speak with multiple attorneys and choose the one you feel most comfortable working with. You are under no obligation to hire anyone who contacts you.
We share your information only with licensed attorneys for the purpose of evaluating your case. We do not sell your data to marketers or third parties unrelated to your legal matter.
How Fast Do Attorneys Respond?
Our goal is same-day contact during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM ET). Cases submitted on evenings or weekends are typically followed up on the next business day.
Response times depend on case details and attorney availability. Providing a complete and accurate intake form — including injury level, accident date, and your contact information — helps attorneys prioritize and respond faster.
If you have not heard back within one business day, check your spam folder or contact us directly.
What Qualifies as a Case?
We work with cases involving accidents that caused physical injury and occurred in New York City. Generally, cases we can help with include:
